We appreciate your business. We build quality pole structures to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production begins or materials ship.

Please double-check your building’s size, door and window layouts, and selected features before placing your order to ensure everything is correct for your site.

If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately so our team can work with you to resolve the issue.
